2015 Earthquake Day Trip

On the Nepal earthquake day we three friends reached Delhi and started our journey to Uttrakhand. While travelling in train, the only news on google was how many places the impulse was felt and how many died. The only thing in our minds was no matter what happens we are travelling “When in doubt just travell”. And every next day from that day we travelled a new place: Mussoorie, Deheradun, Rishikesh, Haridwar, Chopta, Tungnath and back to Delhi. 7 days back to back.

The trip was all about adventurous activity (Bungy Jump, Fox flying, Sky walk, River rafting and more). Snow Mountain trekking at Tungnath.  We  trekked Himalayas and stayed overnight in tent. Travelled in Flight, Train, Bus and Jeep with 25+ passengers (like bee hive). Last but not least we clicked photos, selfie as if we were crazy, as said by someone “Its better to see something once than to hear about it Thousand times”

As every beginning has an end, with all these memories we could return to home but our souls and mind were still on the Snow throned Himalaya mountains. With every completion of trip a new trip is born. So, as ours.
